Thanks all....I was Ticked off but laughing when I got home because that woman got SO mad I couldn't understand her but for the cuss words lol....
I'm calling Ernie of the Houston Animal Cops....They ROCK and really respond quickly. I had to report a neighbor last year....and after emailing them pictures of the condition of the dog - they came out and took him into custody in 2 days...(I still have the pictures - they would make you sick to see)....and he and I became sort of friends....
So yes...today I will be making phone calls and see if I can get those people stopped...My friend said she has seen the same people on that corner before.
