OK...so we were on our walk this morning-on Long Island...Bethpage path...Chip started going berserk...practically climbed a tree! I thought he was going for a squirrel...looked up and snapped a photo of what I thought was a snowy owl...I posted it on my page and a few people told me it was a Hawk! My question is this...Everything Ive read says hawks are put off by shiny objects...would weaving a piece of tin foil around his leash or harness help? Are there any products like a mirrored collar?
