 Vet trip for Zoey
I had to take Zoey to the vet. She was shaking her head a lot. Come to find out she has an ear infection. She weighs 15lbs and vet said she's perfect and might grow a tiny bit more. I probably won't even notice he said. So she's on cephalexin and he put some antibiotic stuff in her ears he said is fast acting, long lasting. He said her ears were clean and no smell but can still have a deep infection. He feels she has allergies too. So she's taking Claritin. I might have to change her food. She eats blue buffalo turkey and potatoes. It's not grain free though. I read to give her grain free to help with ear infections. Anyone else have a pup that gets ear infections? What do you do to minimize occurances? |
