Toby is about 3 years old. We got him from a rescue centre who had in turn got him from Police in Wales cos he was found wandering, poor lickle sausage!!

But he is obsessed with licking, he's just had a session now, you try to stop him but nothing gets in the way of his licking

Obviously we don't know his background and can't say whether he has been abused etc, but he's a happy lickle thing, he wants to please all the time and he loves his toys just not the cat!!
