That certainly sounds like a seizure to me. When I had Scrappy and he got his first seizure I had no idea what it was. He was on the floor and started shaking and fell down. I went to pick him and and stand him up and he fell right over and when I picked him up again his head was flopping over and his eyes looked glazed over. They can last a few seconds to several minutes and are very scary to see. I was told there isn't anything you can really do while they are having a seizure, just hold them to make sure they don't hurt themselves by falling off furniture or hitting their heads on the ground.
