I absolutely love training or teaching out little Mia things because she really seems so eager to learn. I don't know if all breeds are as smart as our Yorkies, but I am so amazed at how intelligent Mia is. We talk to her like she's a baby - not the tone, but repeating words so she knows what things are. She can differentiate between different toys - ask her to get her rooster, she'll scan the room for it, the yellow ball, same thing.
All we have to say is "go potty" outside and she'll pee. I swear if you tell her 10 times she'll squat (on three legs always) and try to get a drip out if she doesn't need to go anymore.
We live in a townhome, so if she poops she knows we go to the dumpster to throw out the bag. She heads there on her own after saying "we have to go to the dumpster" everytime she pooped.
As a matter of fact, I'd love to start a post on all of our babies little quirks and cute "talents"
