Small amounts given NOT on a daily basis (I'm talking once or twice a month, tops, of little tid bits do not make a fat dog. It's called moderation and exercise. Granted Jackson is a bigger boy in general (18lbs) so he can 'get away' with more than a 4lb dog, but the point still is that a tiny piece of chicken nugget will not harm most healthy dogs.
