Oh my, that is just so horrible! To be injured that badly when your are in your own home where you are supposed to be safe is so tragic. And the poor mommy Yorkie, with a broken spine and two lost babies. And all because some person was speeding excessively! Won't be surprised to hear he had elevated alcohol or drug levels in his system. So tragic!!! My prayers to the family.
