Laws have changed and it is no longer called a deposit. | As a buyer I would be doing the same thing concerning the Breeder. I can't tell you how many times the things I found out about people who I THOUGHT were good breeders turned out not to be. Which has made me decide I'm not too sure I want a puppy.
