lol I remember a past situation quite a few years back, when I used to have a male yorkie and was still in high school. Well my close friend found a chocolate brown cocker-spaniel, male. So I picked him up and brought him home. We cleaned him and kept him on a leash for the first day inside. Well Mick, our male yorkie, was the most straight male dog we've ever known, never had such an interest in any males like that, to dominate or otherwise, lol (we had to get on to him when he kept trying to mount our female yorkie when she was still a pup at 3 months... she quickly then learned to bite him in the balls to get her point across that she doesn't want him to mess with her lol >_<). It's so funny watching him try to flirt with her by gently trying to kiss her and put his arms around her (he literally did this lol). She would always snap at him and he would back away but look amused :P
The cocker-spaniel tried to mount him when Mick came closer to him out of curiosity, to just examine him, and he freaked out. His expression was priceless as he was shocked/surprised at the dog's behavior. We found a home for the cocker-spaniel within a couple of days. But it was so funny thinking about those days :P I don't know if that dog was trying to dominate Mick or maybe he thought he was female ^^;;;
