Welcome to Yorkie Talk and congratulations on your new love Lilly!
It's common for puppies to use their teeth, but they need to learn bite inhibition. Teddy used to gently bite me when I groomed him. When Max was a puppy, he thought nibbling my toes in the morning was fun. I taught them "no bite" and they stopped.
You can fold your hands across your chest to remove the targets. Yelp like dog when she does bite or say "ouch!"
Also work on "come" and "sit" so that you don't have to grab her. The earlier you work on basic training, the better. They learn faster as pups. Use lots of praise and rewards and make training fun.
