I saw this thread was revived. I do wear the fitbit every day. Just curious about everyone's goals? I have kept mine at 10,000 steps, but thinking about raising it to 12,000.
As far as the sleep part goes, I find that totally depressing. Apparently, I do not get near enough sleep or I'm restless. I pretty much quit using that part because it was a psychological thing to me... made me feel tired all day.
