When you get a new puppy and take them for their first vet visit it always advisable to bring to the vet a fresh stool sample to be tested for worms. Puppies sometimes do have worms. You may not see worms in her stool, that is not to say she does not have them, if a pup has parasites it is not visible to the naked eye. You can always drop off a fresh stool sample to your vet and have it tested.
