My daughter and I both have the silver Razr - with T-Mobile service. We both love the phone and haven't had any trouble with either. She's had hers for a few months now and I've had mine since before Christmas. The menu is hard to navigate, but I had a motorola camera phone a couple of phones ago and it had the same type menu - must be a motorola thing. There's only one thing that annoys me - I could see the time on my old Samsung without having to flip it open - the time was visible when you just looked at the phone, but it is not on the Razr - I have to open the phone to turn on the backlight to see the time.
