Hey guys, so I just got my new puppy today, and I really need advise on crate training, every time I put him in there and leave he cries and barks.

I feel really bad letting him cry even though the breeder told me to just let him cry because he has to get used to it, is this true??

Should I just leave him there for the night? Also is it okay to keep him in the other room, because even if he's in the same room and inside the crate he still cries.
