I understand your reaction. Kaji's first week home, I woke up to that surprised. I couldn't believe how HUGE Mr Peepers was. It peeks out every once in a while, or it can be seen swell up without poking out (I hope I'm explaining that right) Overall, I've only seen Mr Peeps in his full glory less than a handful of times in a 6 year span. Nothing to be concerned about. It's just part of having a boy. And yes, like Wylie's Mom said, sometimes we have to assist putting it back in. It can't stay out too long or it will dry out and that can really hurt your little boy. Usually, it's an easy fix. The skin got flipped over, or the hair is in the way.
