OP Sharon, during one of our vet visits, a new tech referred to Max as "she" and "her" repeatedly. I corrected her each time and the tech replied, "With hair like that, looks like a girl."

She meant it as a funny compliment, but I didn't let it slide because to me that does speak to quality of care. If they can't get my dog's gender right, then I would worry about serious errors.
LOL leave it to you to start stuff.

But yeah, they should know gender even if our boys look a bit feminine.
