Oh boy, I know you have your hands full. Have you tried potty training outside?
Just keep her on a leash and only your yard till all vaccinas. Maybe that might help her distinguish outside for potty & inside for playing & giving you cuddles.
I couldn't tolerate the crying for hours. My baby cried for about 2 min. & cuddled him lol. Good luck
