Sorry to hear about the shots.
Potty training -- since she is so young, I would uses piddle pads and restrict her freedom to a smallish area with the pad. Yorkies can be notoriously difficult to train, and at 8 weeks, I recommend a lot of patience. Reward and praise profusely when she gets it right.
