Am going thru this training process. Watched the breeder groom them before when went to pick them up. She has a way with them that they semi cooperated. Don't know if it is me or what but they really act up. So starting all over and trying the back of the brush, and a chew stick to keep them busy, - so many good boy, good girl, happy talk, but don't know how it will go. am going to take them to the grooming table, with their buddy belt harness and leash on several times a day to see if we can get this going. I truly feel your frustrations, have them here also. Patience is a virture and a bully stick. I am putting them in a soft bed on my grooming table with a bully stick. This seems to help, doing this at least 3 times a day for at least 5 to 10 minutes and comb, brush, topknot, feel feet, etc. This is helping some. |
