The driving thing might be a good idea if you have time for it while you're in Vegas.. There are a few companies here that do it. The LV Speedway is about 30 mins north of the Strip and you can race exotic cars. The more exotic the car the more you pay but I think it starts at like $99 for 3 laps or something like that.
