I lost my little Baci Bella (Italian for beautiful kisses). I'm so heartbroken it's been difficult to get through the day without crying. She was diagnosed with GME before she was two years old and lost most of her sight and some motor skills, but we kept her on a regiment of medications that allowed her to live a reasonably normal life. She was the most loving little girl I've ever know. She lived to be almost 5 years old and was absolutely beautiful, the sweetest little face and a thick silky coat like I've never seen on a yorkie. I think my husband is suffering more than I am. Every night before she fell asleep she had to give him a hundred kisses, it was her routine...so funny.
