I have seen a couple drone videos that were fun: one by Martha Stewart showing her Bedford estate from the air, and another by a random guy showing his neighborhood after a blizzard.
I would be annoyed if my neighbors were flying drones around the neighborhood. Privacy and safety concern me. Enrique Iglesias used a drone in his concerts and injured one of his fingers badly when he tried grabbing it to give the camera a kiss.
They look like fun, but I don't know how much use you would get out of it.
