She probably won't get much bigger. Maybe fill out a bit and put on a little weight. Mine are 9 months old today and they have not grown much at all since the 6 months mark. My daughter's girl puppy has put on less than 1/2 a lb since they were at the vet 3 months ago. My male puppy though has gained about a lb since then and has really filled out nicely. He is a very solid boy and even though he is smaller than his sister he weighs about a half a pound more than her. She is a taller and leaner frame than him.
Your puppy should be mostly grown at this point though. Mine grew just a little from 5-6 months of age, but not much at all.
I am glad her ears are up! Mine have floppy ears but I will not tape them, they are adorable as they are anyway.
