For those that don't know, she has already raised tons of money from Misa. A few years ago Cess (the owner) said she had an eye disease and would go blind if she didn't get surgery. She sold t shirts with Misa cartoon on it. She got $16,000.

Before Misa, she had Lilo. Raised over $4000 (that we know of) for Lilo's vet bill. Claimed she was a poor college student and couldn't afford the bill. Less than 2 months later she bought Misa. Hmmm. Yorkies aren't cheap, let alone the tiny ones. How could she afford to buy her? She wouldn't tell anyone the breeder either. She gave out a fake email address when asked for breeder contact info.

Just do a little digging, you will find loads of stuff on this woman.
