Oh, don't beat yourself up .. and you are FAR from an idiot. You are not the first person who has done this...I switched a puppy from RC puppy food to RC puppy food for Yorkshire Terriers and it upset her stomach. Yorkies have funny tummies. Lesson learned...and look, he is better already because you took such great care of him!
