I'm sorry that you misconstrued what I said. I certainly did not intend to offend you.
When we talk about lifestyle changes, it IS for the rest of our life. We change how we live by watching what we eat and exercise. We do stress that WE are not dieting.
You can do what you feel is right for you. If that's what you want to do, then I'm behind you 100%.
