Royal Canin is not a good food at all. I know it is expensive and has been thought to be good but it is not. Natural Balance has some limited ingredients dog foods. Try one of those there is Duck and Potato, Bison and Potato which I feed mine, Venison and potato. I would try a small bag one one of them and see if that works. Mine are on Bison and Potato for years now, no skin issues, no digestive issues.
My Yorkies seem sensitive to rice, chicken and certainly have bad issues if liver is in any of the tinned foods. I have stuck to a bit of Duck and Potato tinned by Natural balance along with their kibble.
