Same thing happened to Bella in her first year she was so small we had given her a new brand of bully stick that she ate in a matter of 2 hours. It took a week and 2000 $ to get her back to health I bought pet insurance right away so I would never have to worry about the cost of getting her heathy again.
Looking back as well as the vetting I would have try Pepto as well to coat the intestinal
track. I think it would have got her better faster. I use it at the first sign of upset very small doggy dose.
