If it has only been 3 weeks since her heat cycle ended then I doubt seriously you would be hearing a heartbeat. The mood change and the swelling of the nipple is normal for a female after a heat cycle, whether they were bred or not. Since you had no intentions of breeding Bela then it would be best to have her spayed asap since it would be risky for her to have pups at her young age.
