One of the members here supposedly mentioned on the phone, during the waiting period, that one of her dogs was scratching himself right then (not sure the context she said it in, and she does not recall saying it at all). Now the insurance won't cover anything that has to do with a dog scratching. I am guessing that would mean allergies, skin infections, etc.....

If you are considering this, do not mention anything medical over the phone unless you are directly asked, and keep the answers very specific to the question they ask, or it may come back and bite you later.
