Thanks for the up-date, and thank the caretaker for having Lili spayed, it's the best thing she can do to keep Lili healthy. Please tell the caretaker she cannot wait to long to have her spayed as little Miss Lili is not able to eat well, this should be done ASAP so Lili can eat normal. YOU are a special person as well, to love this puppy as much as you do, they have that special way of wrapping us around their little paws lol.
