I've had this happen with Jezebel. A late night trip to the emergency vet. Blood tests ruled out pancreatitis. They gave her something to settle her stomach, antibiotics, probiotics to take while on the antibiotics, a few cans of prescription food, and sub-q fluids because she was a little bit dehydrated. Brought her home and there was no further vomiting or diarrhea, but she didn't feel like eating until the next afternoon. Hasn't happened since.
