Congratulations on your decision. Get ready for a big life style change. Yorkies are a handful. But so darn loving.
1st of all do not buy from a breeder who sells "teacups" no such thing in the real yorkie.
Some are smaller than others, but stander weight for an AKC yorkie should be around 7lbs when grown.
They are such a wild child you need some weight on them to keep them safe & healthy.
Find a breeder who doesn't care if you ask a zillion questions. You should be able to see the mom & dad and check all the papers on their pedigree.
It's not easy for this rip off world we live in.
Check here on YT to see if any breeders are close to you.
