If the caretaker is planning on spaying little Miss Lili, she is 6 months old, this is when spaying usually is done, when they put her out for the spay surgery they usually remove the baby teeth, they would remove the teeth you are concerned about. I don't think Lili is in pain, maybe uncomfortable because she can't close her mouth properly. If she threw up and the food was whole you're correct, she cannot chew hard kibble. Maybe try putting warm water in the kibble, it will soften the food make it easier for Lili to chew. You wouldn't want Lili to undergo anesthesia twice by getting the teeth pulled this week. Check with the caretaker, see if she plans on spaying Lili, if she is not, then the pup can go to the vet and get the teeth removed. If she is planning to have her spayed the teeth will be removed at that time. Call the caretaker, see what their plans are. You're a great guy to puppy sit for an ex, and be so concerned and caring for this little girl. Good luck and please keep us up-dated.
