YES! I had that exact same issue with Zoey around that same age! Vets could NOT figure out what was wrong. Had her at the vet for few nights. They wanted me to get an ultrasound done on her. Sent her home with me b/c they felt she was well enough and might be more comfortable at home.

Next day, she brightened up quite a bit... So I decided to wait a day for the ultrasound. She was back to normal from then on. Took her back to the vet and explained what happened. They did another thorough check on her. Everything came back NORMAL.

None of the vets could provide a clear explanation except "guess it was just one of those bump on the road....". She will be 5 years old on the 7th and healthy as an ox!
