Hi and welcome to YT. Is this only occurring in that one spot or is she itching anywhere else?
I'm assuming the vet did a quick skin scrape and looked at it under scope...? If so, what was the result?
Is this a puppy or adult? If a puppy, I'd be concerned about Puppy Strangles, which is so often missed by vets as a diagnosis.
