do you know anything about showing dogs, if not it's not easy to start. Do you have a friend that is a show breeder who could advice you and go to the breeder with you. Is this breeder a show breeder, if not it sort of hard to get a show dog from a regular breeder. I have owned several pups from show breeders and they would take their pups to something called puppy confirmation classes to get them used to being shown.
Normally those classes were run buy the local YTCA. You could go to their web site and see if they have links to the closest club in your area and attend a meeting. It's normally a small group of people and they tend to be clicky where you have to be patience and gain knowledge so you will be accepted by them. Good luck |
