OMG that is just horrible! I understand they are in business to make money, I get that. But at 2am and a tiny baby so sick, with a family that obviously would have came up with the money when banking hours open is just a hit in the gut! Sometimes policies and rules need to be thrown out the window and do what's necessary to save a life. My gosh I just can't imagine, along with the devasting loss I would be livid! I again am so very sorry, it is heartbreaking!
