Take this opportunity to educate people. There were 153 breeds registered with the AKC last year. Few of us "Yorkie Experts" know a lot about each of these different breeds.

My Yorkie is the "first Yorkie" in my family - and I have no friends who own a Yorkie. Needless to say, we have all learned a lot....not the least being that one single little breed can vary from 1 1/2 pounds to 14 pounds or more. Does any other breed share such a wide range in size???? I don't think so!

Be nice! I think some of us go around with "I'm an Yorkie expert chip on our shoulder."

I can think of one other breed!!

BULLDOGS!!

Some bulldogs are as small as 35-40 lbs and others go up to 70 lbs!!!

Can you picture it??? LOL

"Ummm, yes, this is a teacup bulldog."
