If you want to or have to give your dog chicken NEVER give chicken parts there is much to much fat in that, ONLY use boneless chicken cutlets and trim off the fat before you boil it. Chicken and rice has no nutrients and is low in calories. Sorry I cannot offer advise on what nutrients you can use, potatoes and carrots are good, I don't know if these 2 veggies are sufficient, I would think NOT. Hopefully others will be along to advise, suggest what you can add if any.
