Default Puppy Training Puppy Apartment

Hello. I have a 4 month old Yorkie that had started being potty trained on a puppy pad before I got her. The theory about dogs don't potty where they sleep isn't true in my case. She refused to go potty outside and didn't like to go out there period. I got her some puppy pads finally and she will go on them if that is her only other option but will still sometimes pee on her bed. I just ordered the PTPA and hoping it's the miracle I'm needing. I know it won't happen overnight and I have to be consistent. My boss allows me to bring her to work with me so i work with her all day. She is so sweet and smart I just don't understand why she doesn't get this. My husband sleeps during the day so even if I wanted to crate train I couldn't leave her in there to cry all day long. When I say crate train I mean with them holding their potty for hours and limiting there food and water. If she wants to use the puppy pads I am all for it because the weather is nasty and I don't want to walk around in that either. Sorry I'm rambling. So did anyone else have any experience with the puppy apartment?
