Our husky was diagnosed with an "abnormally small liver" when she was 3. She has never had any issues related to it....but I agree that it more than likely depends on the size of the dog and the abnormality in size of the liver. I hope you are able to see a specialist and get some relief for your baby!
On a side note.....is milk thistle good for humans to cleanse the liver?
