Im currently undergoing an economic hardship and have to stay at a friends house for some time

shelter , in fear that my dog will not be treated the way
she deserves or will be schedule to kill. I would really want to have her in new apartment when
I have it the beginning of the year, but my options for
someone to hold her for some time are merely slim. Does
anyone have an option for me? 1yr 9months about 8pounds 12-13 inches female
Toy Sized . She is spayed and microchipped. This is
about the hardest thing Id ever had to do. She was
groomed about 2 weeks ago. I have all her vaccines
up to date until July 2016 she does not need to renew.
Her rabies was done for 3 years in July so she doesn't
need that renewed until 2018. She will come with all her
clothes . She is potty trained. And i can be a txt or call
away if u need me to help you understand her along the
way. I love this dog as she was my first and Ive had her
since she was 5weeks old. Im willing to supply the food and all her need until then,
I just dont have the space to hold her right now. As my
friend already has 2 dogs , and having four dogs in an
apartment is way too much for her, she is willing to let
me bring one only. Please help. What can I do ? Im located in NYC. |
I'm in NYC and would offer to take her, but am unfortunately going through some serious health issues and am having to have my own pup being watched by friends and at daycare as I deal with this. I can watch your dog some days, but I don't want to commit to around the clock care until I know I can get through this health crisis. If anything changes, I can let you know. However, I will ask around at the dog park and the pet store, and would recommend you contact local rescues, especially ones that focus on small dogs. I go to a great pet store in williamsburg, PS9, and will try to get the word out. I will also ask around among friends. It's a difficult time because a lot of people are traveling during the Holidays/ Dec and Jan, but there has to be someone.
Right now, if food cost is an issue, I have PLENTY of food you can have. I have raw and dried that expires within the next few months.
