You might want to ask your vet about doing bile acid testing. The fact her blood work was ok lends me to think since her ammonia level was not high they don't suspect a liver shunt. I would probably want it done anyway for my own satisfaction. It's a relatively inexpensive test (around $80). Yorkies are prone to liver shunts, so it is always a thought.
