Default Extra Large Yorkies

Our Luther came from parents who are between 5 and 6 lbs each. Luther, at 5 months old, is nearly 10 lbs, and the vet thinks he will be 15 lbs fully grown. He was the largest puppy of his litter, double the size of his litter mates when born. He is long legged, and long bodied, extra long tail, and has the cutest face with a long nose and mouth. His brothers and sisters are all around 4 lbs each at 5 months. If I had not seen the parents myself, I would not believe he was a pure Yorkie, but he is. Actually, his size is turning out to be perfect, and I much prefer this size to the smaller ones. We have another dog, a mix of Poodle, Schnauzer, and Bichon, who weighs in at 14.5 lbs, so the two compliment each other size and weight wise, and are the best of friends. And Luther is such a great dog, full of energy, play, up to all sorts of shenanigans. I wonder if extra large Yorkies could be the next trend.
