Hi all, it's been quite a while since I posted. I have extremely busy with work and growing family. I am asking for any advise and prayers. Leiloni had 3 seizures yesterday. I was not home when she had the first one. My husband call me to tell me that Leiloni was choking and foaming from her nose and mouth. He didn't know what to do so he picked her up to give her a little shake and try to see what she was choking on. She snapped out of it and said she was ok and back to acting normal. He even gave her water which she did drink. I even made him FaceTime me so I can see for myself that she was ok. When I got home she was happy to see me so I figured she did choke and what ever it was went down. We sat to eat dinner and she was at our feet begging like she always does. All of a sudden I heard a strange noise coming from under that table so I take a look at seen her foaming so I grabbed her up and could clearly tell she was having a seizure. So straight to the emergence vet we go. The seizure lasted a good few minutes which freaked me out! We get there and they rush her to the back. She stopped seizing but was not right. They did blood work which all came back normal. Which tells us that she probably ingested something toxic. They kept her over night so they can give her fluids and monitor her. She did have another episode when they were putting in her IV around 9:30 last night. Since then she has not had another and seems to be completely normal. Has anyone ever gone through something like this? I called her regular vat and they said it could be anything. And to bring her in if I was still concerned. I decided to not take her in and stress her out since she was doing so good. Is there any thing else I should be testing her for? She seems fine now but can't handle seeing my baby going through another episode.
