That's not good. I can't offer any advice on what to do or precisely on what to expect, but I just wanted to acknowledge the situation you're in and how worried you are. I can definitely understand you being very worried. As others have mentioned, you want genetic variance otherwise the odds of things like weird deformities and whatever else goes up. I can't believe your neighbor lied to you like that. You live next to each other so you kinda expect the courtesy of honesty at the very least.
