I think I am going to call the Humane Society tomorrow and ask about their dental cleaning fees and consultation. Has anyone gone to them for cleanings or vet care? I know they give discounted prices but it can take a while to get in to see them. I don't think it is an emergency but I believe he may need a cleaning.
I am formally from NY, The Bronx, when you say the Humane Society, are you referring to the ASPCA in Manhattan on 86th St. and East River Drive? if you are, I myself have had no personal experience in using them, however, when I worked in NY I had clients that did use them and had nothing but good things to say about them. No teeth cleaning, they were major surgery's their dog under went. And they do charge less.
