I would really talk to her about that contract, especially since she isn't guaranteeing patellas. The contract I signed stated I had 7 days to take the puppy to the vet for a full refund. I have a year for all genetic problems, and my breeder will refund all money if the puppy has any genetic problems, including rotating patellas, unless I prefer a replacement puppy. I'm not sure I would be comfortable with that contract. But that's just my two cents.
